Fair Dinkum Shed Builds were fantastic to work with
This project involved the staged installation of a steel shed frame and wall panels on a prepared slab with limited working space around the structure.
Access restrictions and the size of the panels meant manual handling wasn’t viable, and a conventional mobile crane would have introduced unnecessary setup and reach issues.
A compact mini crawler crane was used to lift, rotate, and accurately position the wall panels and structural elements while trades worked safely inside the footprint of the shed. The crane’s small footprint allowed it to operate directly on the slab, reducing double-handling and keeping the build sequence moving without delays.
Careful lift planning and controlled placement were critical, particularly as panels were installed progressively and tolerance mattered for final alignment. The result was a clean, efficient install that kept the build on schedule without damaging finished surfaces or requiring additional access modifications.
